Homes have breakers that keep the current in a line from going over a certain number of amps. I think that also means protection from “over-current”, “short circuit”, and “ground fault”.

Solving Humidity Issues

If you live where it's hot and humid, an air conditioner will draw off moisture from inside air. If you live where it's cold and humid, heating will reduce the relative humidity of inside air. See: thermodynamic concept of relative humidity. But if the temperature outside is ideal or only slightly cool, then a heating or air conditioning system is unnecessary.

An inherent issue with front load washers, and perhaps top loaders as well, is that some soapy water remains in the pump after the wash cycle and before the rinse cycle. The soapy water then gets mixed with the rinse water. It's more of an issue with front loaders because they use so much less water. Since some water always remains at the pump, the result is that the clothes are not fully rinsed of soap, even with a second rinse cyc…

Only Cold Water Pipes

Hot water pipes are not necessary with tankless hot water systems at points of use.

Constant Hot Water Temperature

Inexpensive consumer hot water showers can be adapted to provide water for both a bathroom shower and faucet, but I think they don't have the capacity to vary the wattage applied based on water flow rate.
